Friday Finds

Another week has whizzed by, as Summer does!  We had rain in the forecast yesterday and cooler temps but the rain didn't amount to much.  Hard to believe an Oregonian is wishing for more rain - LOL!
I adore old books and these two caught my eye. No spells in the Magic book, just tricks.
Sweet Made in Japan sewing box and two tatted circles for trimming pillow cases.  I think the birdie note holder might have to stay with me for a while.
Jello molds and tart tins.  I never find those old Easter eggs with both halves but still can't resist the graphics.  Anyone have any ideas on how to use them??
The berry boxes are filled with very old chenille chicks and bunnies.  I don't know if they can be rescued but figured I would bring them home and give them a closer look.
Happy Saturday!

Love those book covers- and they match that darling sewing basket. I've never seen a sewing basket quite like it.

Im always on the hunt for those little plastic floral picks for Easter. If you aren't keeping them would love to buy them from you....I think those chenille chicks can be rescued too...crossing fingers there is more life left in them.

You should definitely keep that little bird note holder - so cute! The tins and molds have great patina. Great finds, as always!

I know you're not going to let a little rain get in the way of a junking adventure. Those books look really interesting. Love those tart tins and the metal drawer!!!

I think my favorites in this post are the jello molds. I have no idea what I would do with them, but it would be fun to get creative.
