Stargazing

My Stargazer Lily didn't come up at all last summer so I thought I lost it.  A couple of weeks ago I discovered it peeking out from under the hydrangea and today it opened.  Only one bloom but plenty of heavenly fragrance to make up for it.

Gorgeous...I spent hours at the florist shop one summer clipping those stamens. You can't get that orange color off. Smiles...Renee

Mine are too dry and brown this year. I don't think the bulbs died though, I have hopes for next year!

It's gorgeous and looks so nice peeking through the hydrangeas. I cans smell it from here:-)
