I love the holidays but now that it is all over I am feeling very thankful to have some time to play and make something for no other reason than enjoying the experience.
These pages started off with inspiration from "The Art of Vintage Journaling and Collage" by MaryJo Koch and Sunny Koch. I adore they way they alter vintage postcards but once I got started one thing lead to another and you know how that goes. My result bares no resemblance to the inspiration pieces in the book. Art journaling my way in my altered quote book. Good for the soul.
