Easy Peasy

I was just worn out on Sunday night.  I know that is pathetic but two days just isn't enough when you're working hard, you know?  Anyway, I need something easy-peasy and mindless to relax with.  No thinking required.  I pulled out some wallpaper that would go with the brown color and pulls these cardboard drawers already had.  Since it matched I didn't bother covering around the edges - easy peasy!  Since I already had the wallpaper out I pulled out a petite vintage suitcase that had been waiting patiently in the closet for far too long.  Wa-La, two easy-peasy projects done!  What do you do when you need some creative time but your thinker is worn out?

Awesome paper Kathy! So glad you found great uses for it! When I am tired, I don't even TRY to be creative - I know I'll screw up something. That's when I surf You Tube and watch videos to learn new things... ;)

I am dead tired. I have been crafting all day and now all I want is my warm bead and a magazine.

turned out cute!

Of course you know I LOVE this project. I had to laugh because I think I bought the very same cardboard drawers at my thrift awhile back and covered mine in vintage wallpaper (what else!).
Love your paper, they turned out great!

These turned out beautifully with the wallpaper. When I'm too tired to think, I can't do any sewing or any kind of needlework. That's when I make major mistakes. But I do use that time to browse through old magazines and publications to get inspired.

What a pretty wallpaper pattern and a perfect way to use up what you already have. When I over think a project it always turns out to be a disaster....mindless is good!!

In answer to your question, nothing. Or, maybe Pinterest! I am still not accustomed to this working full time stuff.

They look great, Kathy. Isn't it fun to be able to just something quick and easy and have it look wonderful?
