The new camera has a magical setting where you can make everything black and white except one color, yellow in this case. Pictures that look like you know what you are doing, only you don't. Technology rocks!
This is set to only "see" green.
The red camellias are beginning to open. There are little touches of brown on the petals because of all the rain but the camera turned them B&W. Wa!La! Perfect blooms!
Another green one and this one really is like magic. Not only did it make it look like I know what I'm doing with the camera, but it also made it look like I have my Spring yard work done. Trust me, it is all an illusion!

OMG! I had no idea there was a camera setting for this. I thought it could only be done in photoshop or some other editing program. I have to go see if my camera has this!
I had no idea your camera had a setting that could do this. How cool. I need to go check out my camera for this. We spent the weekend in the yard too...smiles..Renee
Add me to the list of people checking for this on my camera. Still figuring out all the bells and whistles on mine - way to complicated sometimes for my little brain!
This is so cool!! I am going to be getting a new camera for my birthday this year, so I will make sure I have this setting! Thanks for sharing! xo Heather
Glad you're having fun..you can almost hear your giggle.

Wow, such fun with your camera. I have barely figured out that I can set the camera on a different setting for where I am taking a picture. You are soooo far ahead!!
Awesome pictures. I wish I could make my grass green with a snap of my fingers:-) You're going to have so much fun.
