A Junk Fix!

I'm not going to say the junk fast is over since I jinxed it by saying that  a while back.  I just GOT LUCKY this weekend.  It took me 3 stops but I managed to gather a respectable little pile and got my "fix".
Lots of little bits and pieces.  The metal game pieces have been added to my collection and the other smalls will become part of inspiration kits and The Shadow Boxes That Never Sell, but I love to make them so that is kind of okay.
You all know I am not a doll person unless they are a little creepy.  How could I pass her up when she has one good eye just like me!
I love this 23 Skidoo postcard.  It is postmarked 1908.  You know, a LOT of the old postcards I buy are postmarked from that year.  They often have just a name and a town.  Those were the days!  It must have been a fad or maybe it was something new that year.  I'll have to investigate one of these days.
A-dorable vintage sewing patterns.  I love them even if they are incomplete because the pictures are so sweet.
Wishing you all a junky week - in a good way, of course!  8+)

Ah, what a nice fix! Makes me want to get one too! People use the old sewing patterns for tissue paper in gifts. Love the millinery. Good job!

The baby doll isn't creepy at all...she's winking at you, lol!! I'm glad you got your fix. Now if I could just get mine!

I actually have that doll (mine from days gone by)- what will you do with him/her?

Oh wonderful finds Kathy. 23 Skidoo??? How awesome is that!

I have a collection of old Monopoly tokens in a printer's drawer propped up on it's side in my kitchen... well over 100 at last count. LMK if you are ever selling any; there are a few I am still looking for.

So cute that the doll had a droopy eye - hope yours isn't that bad!

So perhaps that one eyed doll was a nod to the recent eye surgery that you are healing from?!!! Glad you got the fix. Thinking about heading to J and N today....

I will have to keep my eye out for creepy dolls.

With my number fetish, the 23 skidoo card was the first thing I noticed.

Where do you find space for all your stuff? I am trying to use up stuff and not buy anything more.
