The tree is up and Santa and his sleigh landed below to unload the packages for good boys and girls.
Santa's helpers lined up on the window ledge to assist and who is that I spy in the reflection? It must be Mrs. Claus!
I bought this mistletoe at the thrift at least 25 years ago and it is part of our Christmas tradition. It always hangs in the doorway between the kitchen and living room and quietly waits to pounce on anyone who lingers there a little too long. That mistletoe could tell a few stories!

YES I hear them ringing Mrs Claus
Oh my, when I saw your mistletoe ball . . . I have the same one and we have had it around twenty-five years or so, too. Great minds think a like :)
Your blogging sister, Connie :)
I definitely hear them! Will venture out into the sheer madness today, have to. We've had a week of snow and ice on the ground so people are out in abundance today according to my dh.
He tried taking my dd out shopping and they didn't last long.....hahahaha! Not for the faint of heart!
Thanks for sharing a bit of Christmas joy and cute decor!
Hi Kathy, Yes I hear them ringing. How cute your reflection taking your window pic. I have the very same vintage mistletoe. I purchased it nearly 30 years ago too and it also hangs between or living room and kitchen. Sometime when I am in the kitchen cooking, my hubby will stand there looking up hoping I will notice. LOL
Have a nice rest of the weekend.
Hugs
The spirit is upon you! Merry Merry!
I found some mistletoe very much like yours at the thrift store this week. Are you sure yours isn't missing? heehee! Love all of your pretties lined up to enjoy! Sweet hugs!
I love all your treasures line up on the window ledge with Mrs. Claus looking over them:-) I'm sure the mistletoe has a few tales to tell!!
Yes, Mrs. Claus, I hear them!! I love your Santa sleigh and especially that wonderful fabric under it with pinecones. Still have to finish the decorating here.
Love all the Santas lined up ... and yes, I DO spy Mrs Claus! ;) So cute. That sleigh and reindeer are wonderful too - love the old decorations.
I started using a fake sprig of holly (didn't have mistletoe) taped up on the doorway between the kitchen and the dining room many years ago. Every time I unpack the decorations, that sprig goes back up and hubby always spots it... gosh it must be about 25 years too; we've been in this house since 1987!
Sweet Santa and how fun to have the mistletoe hanging up! Love it! xo Heather
I do love all your Santas, Mrs. Claus...and the mistletoe, and the sleigh! Mistletoe can be such fun, lol!!
Love the photo that caught the photographer in the reflection. I would love to hear the stories of the mistletoe. Your Santa collection looks so sweet on the windowsill.

I have loved reading all the different posts where bloggers talk about "memory" decorations. Hope you have some fun with your mistletoe again this year.
